The girl in the yellow flats.. err.. may be pink, red, blue, green, orange... for the love of shoes

What do women want? Shoes, shoes and more shoes...

People who are close to me know my craziness for shoes... I love to buy shoes in every possible colors. This post is dedicated to my flats.

As Oprah quotes - "I still have my feet on the ground, I just wear better shoes"

The Amazing Race

Melbourne cup carnival is in 10 days time and I am looking forward for the "fashion on the fields" that stops the nation.

This Spring 2011 carnival is all about vibrant colors, pumps, clutches and contrasting fascinators. I am yet to do my shopping for the race and am thinking vintage or solid colors. You have to watch this space on Melbourne Cup day for more pics.

This is just to kick start the Melbourne Cup Carnival week.

Boyfriend Shirt

Being a coffee freak I am always ready for my Soy Cap - anytime of the day/night. I remember driving near Rouse Hill last week around 11 pm looking for a coffee shop. Ended up in McCafe with no option left.

And coming to the look of the day. I was bored today and felt like a cup of coffee. Jumped from my PJ's into very comfy shorts and boyfriend shirt to go get my coffee. I cant get enough of boyfriend shirts. They are the most comfortable daily wear I can rely on.You can team up your boyfriend shirt with tights or sometimes bare legs if it is long enough. Adding a belt to the look will take it to a new level.

I have tucked in my shirt to give it a very casual day time look (rather a messy look ;) )

Flirty Floral

This floral print dress was a gift from my friend and I absolutely love the green floral prints. It is flirty and cute.

At times simple things in life bring more joy. I am happy, yappy and chirpy today.

MAX(I) style

The Maxi dress is always in trend and it is a great choice for both day and evening. Add the style quotient by playing with your footwear - gladiators, flats, boots or wedges.

Ethnic look for Deepavali (aka) Diwali

Festival of lights is just around the corner and here is my ethnic look for the day.

Keeping the accessories to the minimal. Less is more.
